D. Arthur Haycock served as personal secretary (or in a similar role) to seven presidents of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (the "Mormon Chruch"): Heber J. Grant, George Albert Smith, David O. McKay, Joseph Fielding Smith, Harold B. Lee, Spencer W. Kimball, and Ezra Taft Benson. In this wonderful memoir, written in collaboration with Heidi S. Swinton, Haycock provides glimpses into the lives of these men that most members of the Church rarely get to see. Haycock reveals these men's day-to-day work, their humor, their trials, their uniqueness, and their love for family and friends. Great read.
