Mergers and Acquisitions (Stephen M. Bainbridge, Foundation Press, 2008, 300 pages)

Okay, so perhaps this isn't on your list of "must reads" right now.  It is, however, one of the best and most accessible primers on the law of mergers and acquisitions that I know of.  Bainbridge (professor at UCLA's law school) is among my favorite legal scholars.
